Our FAQ
Your Most Frequently Asked Questions about Our Automotive Services
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
Our facility is located in Longueuil, and we serve the entire Greater Montreal area for our various services. Whether you’re in Montreal, on the South Shore, in Laval, or on the North Shore, we can accommodate you.
For the purchase of scrap vehicles, our free towing service covers the entire metropolitan area. For parts sales and mechanical services, we mainly focus on Longueuil and the surrounding areas.
Do you buy cars that no longer work?
Absolutely! We buy all types of vehicles. The condition of the vehicle isn’t an obstacle; we’re also interested in the value of recoverable parts.
Even if your car hasn't started in years or has suffered significant damage, it still has value. Contact us for a quick evaluation, and we'll take care of the towing at no additional cost.
What does your parts warranty cover?
Our warranty works in two different scenarios to suit your situation. If you purchase a part from us but have it installed elsewhere, you get 90 days of protection on the component only.
However, if you purchase the part and have it installed at our Longueuil garage, the 90-day warranty covers both the component and the labour. This double protection gives you complete peace of mind and demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our parts and our work.
Do you deliver auto parts?
Yes, but our delivery service is exclusively reserved for professional garages and repair shops. For establishments located in Montreal and the surrounding areas, we guarantee fast delivery on the same day or the next business day at the latest.
We can also accommodate garages located in more remote areas, depending on logistical arrangements. Individuals are welcome to pick up their parts directly at our Longueuil location during our business hours.
How long does it take to install a part in your garage?
The installation time varies considerably depending on the complexity of the work and the type of component to be replaced. An oil change or brake pad replacement can be done quickly, while installing an engine or transmission requires more time.
Our mechanic assesses each situation individually and informs you of the estimated time required before starting the work. In all cases, we prioritize a job well done over a rushed job to ensure your safety and the durability of the repair.
Do you accept all types of vehicles for scrap purchase?
We accept virtually all road vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Regardless of the make, model, year, or origin, your car has value to us.
Whether your vehicle is domestic, Asian, or European, new or old, we’ll evaluate it fairly. As an SAAQ-certified recycler, we treat every vehicle according to Quebec's strict environmental standards.
